Woman Injured in San Diego Vehicle-Versus-Pedestrian Collision on El Cajon Boulevard
SAN DIEGO, CA (October 14, 2019) — A woman suffered serious injuries in a vehicle-versus-pedestrian collision on El Cajon Boulevard near 60th Street.
The San Diego police said a vehicle struck the woman at about 6:45 a.m. on Friday. First responders took her to a hospital with serious head trauma and a broken leg.
Details about the driver were not immediately available. However, the officers said there was no indication that the incident was a hit-and-run.
The cause and the circumstances leading up to the crash are under investigation.
