Pedestrian in 40s Killed in Hit-and-Run Collision on 176th CT NE [Redmond, WA]

Redmond Deadly Traffic Accident Under Investigation

Redmond, WA (December 8, 2023) – A pedestrian in his 40s sustained fatal injuries following a hit-and-run collision on 176th CT NE Wednesday.

RPD officers responded at around 2:25 p.m. to the deadly accident in the 2400 block area and located the victim dying on the sidewalk.

Officers said that the driver’s age and gender is still unknown. They also said that the involved vehicle is as a Nissan Pathfinder but records indicate that the vehicle and plates on the Pathfinder were stolen. 

In the meantime, the authorities are searching for the person driving the Pathfinder who fled on foot and left the vehicle at the scene.
