Collision Between 2 Vehicles on East Avenue J in Lancaster Kills 75-Year-Old Woman

 
LANCASTER, CA (November 27, 2019) – A woman was killed following a two-vehicle crash Wednesday evening in Lancaster.
 
The crash happened around 8:40 p.m. in the 20800 block of East Avenue J.
 
According to the CHP, the crash involved two vehicles. The impact caused fatal injuries to one occupant. Another person was taken to a hospital in an unknown condition.
 
The coroner’s office identified the deceased as Patricia Palmatier, 75, of Lancaster. Palmatier died at the scene.
