1 Dead in Meadow Vista Auto Accident on Placer Hills Road and Pinewood Way

 
MEADOW VISTA, CA (March 24, 2021) – Friday morning, 59-year-old Patricia Hansen died in a head-on crash on Placer Hills Road and Pinewood Way.
 
The incident occurred at 6:05 a.m. on Placer Hills Road, north of Pinewood Way. When the authorities arrived, they located a Subaru Impreza and a Ford F-150 blocking the road. One of the cars was overturned.
 
According to reports, 20-year-old Subaru driver Parker J. Sullivan traveled north on Placer Hills Road. Then, his car went into the southbound lane into the path of the truck. As a result, the vehicles crashed head-on, sending the Ford off the road and into an embankment. Then, it overturned.
 
Despite medical aid, the Placer County fire personnel declared Patricia Hansen dead at the scene. Meanwhile, Sullivan suffered moderate injuries and an AMR ambulance transported him to Sutter Roseville Medical Center.
 
The authorities continue to investigate the crash. Also, the authorities do not believe that alcohol and drugs played a role in the crash.
