Passengers Hospitalized in Wilderness Oak Vehicle Crash [San Antonio, TX]

San Antonio 2-Vehicle Crash Under Investigation

San Antonio, TX (June 30, 2024) – Two Honda occupants were injured following a Wilderness Oak vehicle crash late Friday night.

It was about 10:15 p.m. when the collision happened at the intersection with Mustang Chase.

SAPD officers said a Honda Accord was turning left onto Wilderness Oak when it hesitated and was hit by a Jeep. Both of the vehicles ended up spinning.

The paramedics took both Honda passengers were taken to the hospital.

The Jeep’s driver remained at the crash scene and was not intoxicated.

Officers are investigating this collision.
