Teen Injured in Tracy Deadly Collision
Tracy, CA (April 23, 2024) – Reva Moses, 24, of Vallejo, and Torrance Randle Jr, 18, of Tracy, both passengers, were killed in a Laguna Drive DUI crash early Sunday morning.
The Tracy Police Department said officers responded at around 5:20 a.m. to the fatal collision near the intersection with Holly Drive.
When they arrived, they discovered that a gray Dodge Charger had collided with a parked Chevy pickup truck.
Moses, one of the passengers, was killed at the crash scene. Randle Jr, also a passenger, was taken to an area hospital, where he later died.
A 15-year-old male passenger sustained serious injuries and was transported to an area hospital.
Investigating officers found the 24-year-old driver, Iman Gullatt from Tracy, to be under the influence of alcohol and arrested him.
