Follow Traffic Rules
When driving, it is important to follow all driving laws and the conditions of the road. If you see any vehicle or driver that looks dangerous, keep your distance.
If you see a vehicle weaving in and out of the lanes, following too closely, or traveling at a higher rate of speed, move over a few lanes and get out of their way.
Drive defensively to ensure the safety of surrounding vehicles, drivers, and pedestrians.
Injured in a Traffic Collision
The United States Department of Transportation (DOT), says that there are approximately 300,000 merging accidents annually. It is therefore important to follow all the traffic laws to avoid these types of accidents like the Interstate 80 rollover collision.
“A common misconception is that personal injury lawyers don’t care. That is simply not true. Injury lawyers care about and want justice for their clients. We are driven by the desire to make our clients whole again,” says Steve Baric of Sweet Lawyers, an attorney practicing for over 40 years.
Moreover, the most valuable step you can take in response to a vehicle crash is hiring a personal injury attorney. Mark Sweet, a personal injury attorney at Sweet Lawyers, says that serious car accident cases may call for a separate investigation spearheaded by an experienced lawyer fighting on behalf of a party.
