VISALIA, CA (May 23, 2021) – Saturday morning, a passenger died in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 198 and Road 210.
 
The crash occurred at about 11:45 a.m. on Highway 198 and Road 210, east of Visalia and south of Woodlake.
 
According to the CHP, a Nissan Altima’s driver failed to yield to a stop sign on Road 210.
 
At the same time, a Dodge Charger driver with the right of way drove east on Highway 198. Then, he drove through the intersection.
 
As the two vehicles collided, an Altima passenger succumbed to injuries at the scene.
 
Meanwhile, both drivers sustained minor injuries.
 
At this time, the authorities continue to investigate the crash. However, they confirmed that drugs and alcohol didn’t play a role in the crash.
