Car Driver Arrested in Madera Hit-and-Run Collision
Madera, CA (May 15, 2022) – On Saturday night, a passenger sustained fatal injuries in a DUI crash on Avenue 17.
The fatal incident took place at around 10 at Melba Drive.
Officers say a GMC truck driver was turning right onto Avenue 17 when it crashed with a Hyundai.
Unfortunately, the car passenger wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and died at the scene.
