EAST COUNTY, CA (January 10, 2022) – Sunday afternoon, a passenger died in a head-on crash on Dehesa Road near Harbison Canyon Road.

According to Cal Fire Capt. Frank LoCoco, the incident happened at around 3:30 p.m. Moreover, it occurred on Dehesa Road near Harbison Canyon Road.

Reports revealed that a Chrysler minivan collided head-on with a Honda Civic for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders pronounced the minivan passenger, dead at the scene. Paramedics transported the sedan driver with major injuries and the minivan driver with minor injuries to a hospital for treatment.

Furthermore, the events leading to the crash remain under investigation.
