TARZANA, CA (September 15, 2021) – Tuesday morning, Paris Camille Banks died in a hit-and-run crash on Tampa Avenue near Oxnard Street.
 
According to Los Angeles Police Department, the incident happened at around 12:30 a.m. Moreover, the skateboard crash happened on Tampa Avenue, south of Oxnard Street.
 
Reports revealed that a southbound silver four-door sedan struck a female skateboarder as she traveled outside a marked crosswalk. Then, the suspect vehicle, a possible 2013-2018 Toyota Avalon with front-end damage, fled the scene after the crash.
 
Furthermore, officials confirmed that the victim died in the crash.
