Female Motorcyclist Dies in Crash on Highway 35 in Palo Alto
PALO ALTO, CA (May 8, 2019) – A woman was killed following a motorcycle crash Wednesday afternoon on Highway 35 in Palo Alto.
A park ranger alerted the CHP about the crash at 4:40 p.m. on Skyline Boulevard near the Skyline Ridge Open Space Preserve. The victim was initially described as a bicyclist.
It was later determined that the woman was riding a Ducati when she crashed on Skyline Boulevard and ended up within the city limits of Palo Alto.
As a result, the victim suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
