Bystander Seriously Injured after SUV Crashes into Store on San Pablo Avenue and Highway 111
PALM DESERT, CA (February 6, 2018) – One person was seriously hurt when a vehicle crashed into a Palm Desert store on Tuesday morning around 11:19 AM.
Authorities responded to the crash site at the 44000 block of San Pablo Avenue, where they found a white Audi SUV crashed through the front glass wall of Giselle’s Boutique Thrift Store, with the entire vehicle fully inside the establishment.
Paramedics brought the injured bystander to the hospital for treatment of major injuries, according to April Newman of the Riverside County Fire Department.
