Bicyclist Killed in Collision near 23rd Street
Los Angeles, CA (November 19, 2024) – Oscar Guardado, 42, was fatally injured following a Normandie Avenue hit-and-run crash Sunday night.
It was about 9:55 p.m. when the deadly bicycle collision happened near 23rd Street.
LAPD said the involved driver fled the scene without rendering aid to the victim.
