Orlando Gomez Killed in Solo-Car Crash near Bouquet Canyon Road [Saugus, CA]

Injury Reported in Fatal Suspected DUI Accident near Sutters Pointe Drive

Saugus, CA (November 02, 2023) On Wednesday morning, a Orlando Gomez died in a tragic solo-car crash near Bouquet Canyon Road, that also injured another person.

According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the suspected DUI accident was first reported around 3:30 a.m. near Sutters Pointe Drive.

Officials say that Gomez and another person were involved in a single vehicle crash.

Reports say that a patient was extricated and taken to the hospital at about 4:09 a.m. Meanwhile, Gomez was pronounced DOA.

Authorities say that impairment may have been a factor in the fatal accident.
