Minivan and SUV Collide on 60 Freeway in Ontario, Injuries Reported
ONTARIO, CA (February 6, 2019) – One person was hospitalized following a two-vehicle collision Wednesday morning in Ontario.
The collision happened around 8:46 a.m. on westbound 60 Freeway at Archibald Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a gray Toyota Sienna minivan and a white Jeep SUV were involved. While the cause of the crash has not yet been determined, the impact caused injuries to one of the parties.
Ontario Fire officers responded to the scene and handled the rescue operation. Paramedics also arrived and took the injured patient to Kaiser Permanente Ontario Medical Center.
Alcohol, drugs or medical conditions have not been ruled out as factors in the crash, which remained under investigation.
