Jogger Fatally Struck by Car near Campus Avenue
ONTARIO, CA (May 3, 2018) – On Thursday morning, an unidentified man was struck and killed in a pedestrian accident on Walnut Street.

According to the Ontario Police, the collision happened around 5:30 AM. The unidentified jogger, described to be a man in his 50s, was crossing west on Walnut St when a northbound vehicle on Campus Avenue struck him. Paramedics arrived at the scene and confirmed that the man received major injuries. He succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead by emergency personnel.
The driver of the vehicle involved stayed at the scene to cooperate with investigators. No arrests were made as the deadly collision is still under investigation.
