Two Vehicles Involved in Accident Near Highway 24

 
WALNUT CREEK, CA (December 28, 2019) – One person was trapped in a car crash on 680 Freeway southbound on Saturday evening.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened near the intersection of westbound Highway 24 at approximately 8:15 PM.
 
Reports showed that two vehicles were involved in the collision. Both vehicles came to rest apart and ended up on the embankment beyond the right shoulder of the connector.
 
At least one person, was trapped in one of the cars. The paramedics described the victim as conscious and alert.
