Pile-Up Kills 21-Year-Old Motorist near 200th Street
SEATAC, WA (November 24, 2018) – On Saturday night, one person was killed in a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 5. The victim was only identified as a 21-year-old woman. Her name and place of residence has not yet been disclosed to the public.
According to the Washington State Patrol, the collision took place at approximately 9:00 PM, just north of 200th Street near Tukwila. Based on reports from the troopers, a total of four vehicles were involved in the incident.
The cause of the accident is still unknown, as officials continue their investigation.
The female victim driver was pronounced dead on the scene by first responders. Another victim, who was identified as an infant, suffered life-threatening injuries and was tranported by the medics to the Harborview Medical Center. There are no updates on the baby’s current medical condition.
The authorities are investigating the details of the collision, and no additional information has been released at this time.
