Fatality in Interstate 5 Traffic Collision
Arlington, WA (February 10, 2022) – On Tuesday, a person died in a multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 5.
The fatal incident took place shortly after 5 p.m. south of State Road 530, wherein three vehicles were involved.
Investigating officers said the motorist was driving erratically which lead up to the crash.
Unfortunately, reports confirmed fatality in the collision.
Emergency rescuers took the suspect to Providence Hospital for treatment.
Officials have not yet released the identify of the suspect who was arrested or the victim who was killed.
Meanwhile, officers said they are trying to determine if the driver was under the influence of an unknown substance when the collision happened. They took the driver in custody and expected to face a vehicular homicide charge.
