Early Morning 2-Car Crash on Highway 33 in Tracy Ends in Fatality

 
TRACY, CA (June 19, 2019) – At least one person was killed following a two-car crash early Wednesday morning in Tracy.
 
The crash happened just before 4:00 a.m. on Highway 33 at South Koster Road.
 
According to an initial report, a red Honda and a gray Honda collided. The red sedan was starting to smoke when officers arrived. At least one occupant suffered major injuries as a result of the crash.
 
Paramedics took the badly injured patient to a hospital, where the individual was declared dead. The identity of the victim has been withheld pending next of kin notification.
 
Towing services removed both cars from blocking the highway.
