One Killed in Rollover Crash on Highway 180 at Hills Valley Road [SANGER, CA]

Vehicle Crashes into Tree and Overturns in Sanger Crash on Highway 180

 
SANGER, CA (August 2, 2019) – One person died following a rollover crash on Highway 180 Friday evening in Sanger.
 
The crash took place at 9:28 p.m. on Highway 180, just west of Hills Valley Road, also known as Highway 63.
 
CHP officials said a red vehicle had crashed into tree and overturned on its roof. As a result, paramedics airlifted one occupant, believed to be the driver of the vehicle, to a hospital. However, the victim succumbed to their injuries and died.
 
A coroner’s personnel immediately arrived to conduct a full report.
 
No identifying information is being released at this time. However, an investigation into the accident is ongoing.
 
The CHP is still piecing together exactly what led up to the crash but do not believe any other vehicles involved.
