Early Multi-Vehicle Crash on Sierra College Boulevard in Loomis Turns Deadly
LOOMIS, CA (June 3, 2019) – One person was killed following a multi-vehicle crash early Monday morning in Loomis.
The crash happened just after 1:00 a.m. on Sierra College Boulevard, near Bankhead Road.
Sheriff’s video from the scene shows three vehicles and a trailer involved. A tree was on fire from the crash. Arriving officers confirmed one fatality as a result of the accident. The victim was not immediately identified.
The deadly crash also caused major road blockage during the morning commute.
An investigation is ongoing to determine the cause of the crash and to identify possible contributing factors.
