Deadly Head-On Crash on Highway 20 in Lake County

 
LAKE COUNTY, CA (November 30, 2019) – One person was killed following a head-on crash Saturday afternoon in Lake County.
 
The crash happened around 1:23 p.m. on Highway 20 near the Oasis, just west of the Lake and Colusa County lines.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, two vehicles collide head-on. As a result, one occupant died at the scene and others were seriously injured.
 
The road was closed completely after crash.
 
CHP officials did not release the identity of the deceased pending next of kin notification. Further investigation is underway.
