One Killed in Fatal Collision on Road 11 Southwest [Royal City, WA]

One Dead in Car Versus Truck Collision on Intersection of Road 11 and Road East

Royal City, WA (August 06, 2021) – On Thursday, one person died in a collision on Road 11 Southwest between a car and a flatbed truck.

The Washington State Patrol reports that the incident happened at around 2:25 p.m. at the crossing of Road 11 and Road E Southwest.

Additionally, the accident involves a passenger vehicle and a big flatbed truck.

Moreover, one of the passenger vehicle’s occupants died at the scene and paramedics airlifted the other occupant to the nearest hospital.

Furthermore, the WSP says, a commercial vehicle enforcement officer will investigate the crash.

Authorities will give necessary citations when they are done with the investigation.

Fortunately, the truck driver did not suffer any serious injuries. Authorities did not release any information of both the victims, pending notification of their relatives.

Lastly, no official reports on the cause of the accident have been released.
