Vehicle Crashes into Semi-Truck on Highway 20

 
UPPER LAKE, CA (June 17, 2019) – One person was hurt in a semi-truck crash in the 2350 block of Highway 20, Monday noon.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at approximately 12:01 PM. Based on an initial report, two vehicles were involved in the incident. A semi-truck pulling a trailer was all over the yellow lanes when it was struck by an unidentified vehicle.
 
One person was trapped inside the car. The paramedics were requested for needed medical attention. They recorded minor injuries sustained by the victim.
 
The trailer’s rear axle was crooked and out of alignment. Fire officials conducted a clearing operation in the area. An investigation of the incident is still ongoing at this time.
 
Stay away from big vehicles like semi-truck when driving. These types of vehicles are prone road accidents and such habits are dangerous and can cause major injuries, damage or fatalities.
