Two Cars Overturn on Highway 79 in Winchester Sending One to Hospital

 
WINCHESTER, CA (June 11, 2019) – One person was hospitalized following a rollover crash Tuesday afternoon in Winchester.
 
The crash happened around 3:16 p.m. on northbound Highway 79 near Patterson Avenue and Ranchland Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, a Ford Fiesta collided with another vehicle for unknown reasons. Both cars overturned on its roof, with one of them landed onto a field.
 
Officers arrived on the scene and located one occupant still inside a vehicle. Paramedics transported the patient to Menifee Valley Medical Center with unspecified injuries.
 
An investigation is ongoing to determine who was at fault and to gather all the factors involved.
