Head-On Collision on Old Highway 395 in Fallbrook Leaves 1 Injured
FALLBROOK, CA (November 12, 2019) – One person was hospitalized following a head-on crash Tuesday night in Fallbrook, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The crash happened around 6:57 p.m. at the intersection of Old Highway 395 and Canonita Drive.
According to the CHP, a blue sedan and another vehicle collided head-on for unknown reasons. The impact caused a head injury to one occupant.
Paramedics responded to the scene and transported the injured patient to Palomar Medical Center.
There were no descriptions of any vehicular damages but both cars were towed away from the crash site.
An investigation is ongoing to determine who was at fault and to gather all the factors involved.
