Fatality in Indian School Road Crash
Phoenix, AZ (August 03, 2021) – On Monday, a person died and several were hurt in an Indian School Road crash.
Phoenix police said the fatal accident took place at about 4:30 a.m. near 75th Avenue.
When the responding officers arrived at the scene, they discovered the accident involves two cars which were both on fire.
Apparently, a man driving a westbound Chevy Trax ran a red light at 71st Drive.
His vehicle crashed with a southbound Chevy Silverado with seven occupants and was also pulling a trailer.
The authorities said the Chevy Trax driver lost his life on the scene.
Officers also said that a 26-year-old man suffers life-threatening injuries. Six others incurred non-fatal injuries. They were a 28-year-old man, 22-year-old man, a 19-year-old girl, an 18-year-old girl, a 17-year-old girl, and a 25-year-old man.
Meanwhile, officers are still investigating the Indian School Road crash.
