One Fatally Hurt in Phelan Rollover Accident on 15 Freeway

 
PHELAN, CA (November 6, 2019) — A driver sustained fatal injuries after a rollover accident on the 15 Freeway on Tuesday night, November 5.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 8:11 pm on the southbound 15 Freeway, south of Highway 138.
 
CHP incident logs stated that a vehicle, possibly a black Audi 2-door coupe drove reckless before the incident.
 
People who stopped to give aid to the driver reported there was no pulse and major head trauma. First responders arrived and pronounced the solo-occupant dead at the scene.
 
At around 8:25 p.m., officials issued a Sig Alert for a closure of the left two lanes from Oak Hill Road to Highway 138.
 
Officers collected evidence and investigated the collision as they wait for the coroners to arrive.
