Daniel Osuna Arrested in Fowler Incident
Fowler, CA (January 23, 2022) – On Saturday, the authorities arrested 39-year-old Daniel Osuna in a vehicle crash on Magnolia Commons Apartments injuring an officer.
On January 10, officers responded to calls of a catalytic converter being stolen.
When they arrived at the Magnolia Commons Apartments, they found Osuna in a car and drove away.
As he flees, Osuna slammed into a Fowler police vehicle.
An officer who was inside that car sustained injuries.
The officer is recovering but remains off-duty weeks later.
Officers arrested Osuna with charges of assaulting a police officer in addition to grand theft.
