2 Injured in Nuevo Auto Accident on Ramona Expressway and Lakeview Avenue

 
NUEVO, CA (July 22, 2021) – Wednesday afternoon, a two-vehicle crash on Ramona Expressway and Lakeview Avenue left a CHP Officer with injuries.
 
The incident happened at 4:05 p.m. on the Ramona Expressway at Lakeview Avenue. According to the CHP, a sedan struck a patrol unit. However, the authorities haven’t disclosed further information about the incident.
 
Meanwhile, the officer sustained unspecified minor injuries, as did the motorist. Thus, the Riverside County Fire Department personnel called for separate ambulances for both. However, both patients refused hospitalization.
 
Due to the patrol car’s damages, it was towed away from the scene for inspection and repairs.
 
The authorities haven’t made any arrests.
