Odilon Zaragosa Dead after Rollover Accident on Highway 149 [Oroville, CA]

Odilon Zaragosa Killed in Oroville Rollover Collision on Highway 149

 
OROVILLE, CA (October 4, 2019) – A 17-year-old Chico resident identified as Odilon Zaragosa died in a rollover crash on Tuesday, October 1.
 
The collision occurred on the highway going southbound between Highway 99 and Shippee Road. California Highway Patrol rushed to the crash area at around 10:15 p.m.
 
According to investigators, the van the man drove slammed into the guardrail. After that, it went off the road, rolled, and then landed upside down near a creek.
 
CalTrans workers were investigating the damaged guardrail and found out about the crash.
 
Investigators are not yet certain what time the accident happened.
