1 Dead and 2 Juvenile Passenger Injured in South Lake Tahoe Accident near Pickett’s Junction
SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, CA (November 15, 2022) – Monday morning, Noelle Elizabeth Rivera died in a solo crash near Pickett’s Junction.
The incident happened at around 4:25 a.m. near Pickett’s Junction.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a southbound vehicle failed to navigate the roadway for still unknown reasons. Then, it veered off the roadway where it collided with a boulder.
Moreover, officials confirmed that the vehicle driver, 33-year-old Noelle Elizabeth Rivera of Fair Oaks, died in the crash. Then, paramedics rushed two young occupants of the vehicle, ages 7 and 9, to Renown Regional Medical Center via helicopter with moderate-to-major injuries.
