Richard Smith of Lake Forest Dies, Maria Smith Injured in US 395 Crash
Hawthorne, CA (December 07, 2021) – On Sunday, 22-year-old Noah Fogg of Mammoth Lakes and 78-year-old Richard Smith of Lake Forest, lost their lives in a vehicle crash on US 395.
Fogg was driving a Dodge Neon when the crash happened while Smith was driving a Toyota pickup. Smith was then traveling with his wife Maria Smith.
When suddenly, one of the vehicles drifted into the opposing lane and struck the other car head-on.
Unfortunately, Fogg and Richard Smith, both died in the crash.
Moreover, the rescuers airlifted Maria Smith to Renown Hospital in Nevada.
Meanwhile, the officers are investigating this fatal crash.
