CASTAIC, CA (January 3, 2021) – Wednesday night, no major injuries were reported in a traffic crash on 5 Freeway near Hasley Canyon Road.
 
The authorities received a report of a traffic crash just after 8:00 p.m. It happened on the northbound 5 Freeway near Hasley Canyon Road, said Supervisor Ornelas with the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
 
The CHP traffic incident logs detailed that a passenger vehicle crashed into the rear of a big rig. Then, it overturned and landed on its roof.
 
“There were no persons trapped,” Ornelas revealed. “Our units are still on scene and we have not sent anyone to the hospital yet.”
 
The incident didn’t lead to any injuries.
