30-Year-Old Driver Detained after DUI Collision on Stine Road in Bakersfield
Bakersfield, CA (May 11, 2020) – Early Monday morning, police arrested 30-year-old Richard Mangan, after a suspected DUI collision on White Lane.
Dispatched officers arrived after receiving crash reports around 1:28 a.m., on May 11. Officers then located two sprawled vehicles on the scene.
According to reports, there were no injuries reported in the incident. However, the events leading up to this crash remain unknown.
At this time, Mangan is currently facing charges of DUI and driving on a suspended license.
Bakersfield Police continue the investigation and will release more information to the public once available.
