La Mesa Auto Accident on State Route 125 and Lemon Avenue
LA MESA, CA (April 25, 2022) – Sunday, a DUI crash on State Route 125 and Lemon Avenue led to no injuries.
According to reports, the California Highway Patrol along with Heartland Fire-Rescue came to the scene. Moreover, it happened on State Route 125, south of Lemon Avenue.
When they arrived, they found two vehicles, including one which landed on its side.
According to reports, both vehicles headed north when the Scion TC drive sideswiped the male driver of a Honda Civic.
As a result, the Scion crashed onto its side and sheared off the driver’s side door of the Honda Civic.
Fortunately, both drivers suffered no injuries in the crash.
After initiating field sobriety tests and breathalyzer tests, officers found out that the male driver was under the influence at the time of the crash.
Thus, the authorities arrested the driver without incident.
