NILAND, CA – One Killed in Crash at Beal Road and Highline Canal

Late Evening Crash on Beal Road in Niland Ends in Fatality

 
NILAND, CA (December 4, 2018) – At least one person was killed following a traffic collision late Tuesday evening in Niland, the California Highway Patrol reported.
 
The collision happened around 11:22 p.m. on Beal Road, just West of Highline Canal.
 
Details surrounding the collision were not made clear in the reports and media releases, but a coroner was dispatched to the scene and confirmed the fatality of the incident.
 
The identity of the victim has not yet been released pending next of kin notification.
 
The CHP is still piecing together exactly what led up to the crash but do not believe any other vehicles were involved.
