Fraser Bohm Arrested in PCH Fatal Traffic Accident
Malibu, CA (October 19, 2023) – Niamh Rolston, Peyton Stewart, Asha Weir and Deslyn Williams, were all killed following a Pacific Coast Highway collision Tuesday night.
The authorities received the crash report at around 8:30 p.m. in the 21500 block area.
Investigators officers said 22-year-old Frazier Bohm was westbound when he lost control of the vehicle and struck at least three parked vehicles, which crashed into the group of women.
“Subsequently, those vehicles hit four female adults standing on the side of the roadway near the parked vehicles,” sheriff’s Capt. Jennifer Seetoo stated. “The four females were pronounced dead at the scene.”
The four deceased were seniors at the Pepperdine University Seaver College of Liberal Arts and were sorority sisters.
Additionally, two other people with unknown injuries were rushed to a hospital due to the collision.
Bohm incurred minor scratches and bruises. The authorities took him into custody at the scene.
Officers arrested Bohm on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence
He was initially detained and a sobriety test was administered.
Officers said Tuesday night that drugs and alcohol did not seem to play a role.
Meanwhile, the Los Angeles County Fire Department stated that speed was likely a factor in the fatal crash.
The authorities were asked if this might have been some sort of speed contest, they said that there was no other vehicle that they know of, that was involved in the accident.
Officers said they are still investigating.
