Newport Boulevard Pedestrian Accident Kills 24-Year-Old Man [Costa Mesa, CA]

Costa Mesa, ca (November 26, 2021) – On Thursday, a 24-year-old man suffered fatal injuries in Newport Boulevard pedestrian accident.

The authorities responded to the fatal crash scene at about 2:35 a.m. south of 17th Street.

Reports said that the pedestrian was walking when he was struck by a northbound vehicle.

Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries at the accident scene.

Moreover, the involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the officers’ investigation. 

The authorities did not suspect the driver of being impaired by alcohol or drugs and was released later.
