OXNARD, CA (June 24, 2020) – Monday night, Elva Andrade and 7-year-old Nevaeh Gomez died in a scooter crash on Pleasant Valley Road.
The authorities received a report of the crash before 9:15 p.m. on East Pleasant Valley Road near Laguna Road.
