1 Dead and 4 Hurt in Visalia Accident on Road 56 and Avenue 416
VISALIA, CA (March 25, 2021) – Saturday night, Natalie Ontiveros and three others suffered injuries in a fatal crash on Road 56 and Avenue 416.
The authorities received a report of a two-vehicle traffic crash at around 9:20 p.m. The incident occurred on Road 56, north of Avenue 416. Both the Visalia area California Highway Patrol and medical personnel came to the scene.
Upon their arrival, they found out that the head-on crash led to multiple injuries and one fatality.
According to reports, a woman drove a 1995 Honda southbound in the northbound lane of Road 56 when the crash happened.
The crash left the Honda driver with fatal injuries. Meanwhile, Natalie Ontiveros from Dinuba and three other passengers required hospitalization. Moreover, their injuries range from minor to moderate.
At this time, the authorities haven’t clarified whether alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash.
