Murdewiyanti Finn Dead in Santa Clarita Rear-End Accident

 
SANTA CLARITA, CA (October 20, 2020) – On Sunday night, Murdewiyanti Finn died in a rear end crash on the 14 Freeway in Santa Clarita.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident occurred near Newhall Avenue at around 6:35 p.m on October 18.
 
Furthermore, following the crash, authorities issued a SigAlert at 6:50 p.m. to temporarily block the 2,3, 4, and 5 lanes.
 
Officers later opened all lanes five hours after the fatal rear-end crash.
 
Moreover, reports revealed that an adult woman named Murdewiyanti Finn of Lancaster died in the crash.
 
She was the passenger in a 2015 Nissan, which a flatbed truck rear ended on the in the number 5 lane of the Antelope Valley Freeway.
 
Additionally, CHP said that a 17-year-old in the Nissan sustained major injuries. Therefore, paramedics hospitalized him and the 53-year-old Nissan driver.
 
Even so, the 25-year-old tow truck driver did not sustain injuries.
