Madera, CA (June 30, 2022) On Thursday, a multi-vehicle collision on Avenue 12 sent 5 people to the hospital.

According to the CHP, a Saturn sideswiped a Dodge Caliber. Afterward, the Saturn collided head-on with a Chevy Traverse near Road 34 1/2 at around 3 p.m.

The California Highway Patrol says that paramedics airlifted a person from the Saturn to Community Regional Medical Center.

Meanwhile, paramedics took another patient to a hospital in Madera.
