Several People Injured in Pile-up Collision on Highway 14
AGUA DULCE, CA (July 24, 2019) – Several people are hurt while three others sustained injuries in a seven-vehicle pileup collision on Highway 14.
The paramedics with the Los Angeles County Fire Department responded before 12:30 p.m. to a multi-vehicle traffic collision. The accident occurred in the northbound carpool lanes of Highway 14, near Agua Dulce on July 23.
“This was a traffic collision requiring advanced life support,” Fire Department spokesman Brian Stevens revealed.
As a result, paramedics requested three ambulances at the scene. Three people among the six injured needed basic life support. In addition, responders transported them via ambulance to a hospital.
“Upon CHP arrival, we were able to get all vehicles over to the right shoulder. In addition, the lanes cleared and opened at 12:44 p.m.,” he added.
