SAN FRANCISCO, CA (June 19, 2022) – Saturday morning, a multi-vehicle crash on Lombard Street and Fillmore Street led to multiple injuries.
 
The incident happened at about 11:03 a.m. on Lombard Street and Fillmore Street. According to reports, the crash involved a MUNI bus, multiple vehicles, and pedestrians.
