3-Vehicle Collision on McKinney Falls Parkway Led to Hospitalization

Austin, TX (January 6, 2024) On Friday evening, a multi-vehicle crash on William Cannon Drive left a person with serious injuries, while another person had non-life-threatening injuries.

According to the Austin-Travis County EMS (ATCEMS), the 3-vehicle collision happened around 6:31 p.m. on William Cannon Drive and McKinney Falls Parkway.

Reports say that the crash involved 3 vehicles and several people needed extrication. Medics say that a person was declared trauma alert with potentially serious injuries, and the ATCEMS transported the patient to St. David’s South Austin hospital.

Officials say that the person who suffered non-life-threatening injuries declined medical transport.

Authorities are investigating the multi-vehicle crash and have not released additional information at this time.
