PALM DESERT, CA (November 5, 2019) — Two people sustained injuries in a multi-vehicle accident on 10 Freeway in Palm Desert Monday morning.
 
The collision occurred west of the Washington Street exit at around 8:00 a.m. according to the California Highway Patrol. However, police did not provide any additional information.
 
Emergency responders took both patients to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries. However, official did not provide an update on the victims’ conditions.
 
The cause and events leading to the collision were not immediately clear. However, the CHP said the incident involved three vehicles. The investigation is ongoing.
