TEHAMA COUNTY, CA (May 2, 2019) – On Thursday morning, there was a multi-car accident on Highway 99.
According to the California Highway Patrol, they received multiple calls about a collision that happened just before 10:30 near Deer Creek. Reports indicate that multiple vehicles and a semi-truck were involved in the crash.

When you are driving next to or near a semi-truck, keep your distance as they have larger blind spots and less visibility than smaller vehicles. In addition, be mindful of your semi height and weight when gaining speed or making turns. Always scan your surroundings for other vehicles to prevent yourself and others from being involved in an accident.
